Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 27th October 2014 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and declared the meeting open at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday the 13th October 2014 were accepted as correct at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. An application to use the South West Community Centre on the third Monday from February to November next year has been approved. Copies of the meeting dates for next year were available from the table.
3. The next meeting will be on Monday the 10th of November 2014. A DVD will be shown.
4. The final meeting for this year will be held on Monday the 24th November.
5. The Christmas Luncheon will be held on Monday the 8th of December. The cost will be $35 per person including drinks. Names are being taken. Thirty-one members have now booked to attend.
6. John Dowe then invited Jack Strapps to draw the first raffle ticket.
7. A DVD about the Great South Pacific Express was shown.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.05 P.M.
There were 20 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $32.00
