Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 29th September 2014 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and declared the meeting open at 2:00 P.M. A new member Mick Holmes was welcomed to the club.

The deaths of non-club members Graham Martin Train Controller Port Augusta, Garry Wilson Train Controller Port Lincoln, and Lance Whiteman AN Chef (Matilda Restaurant) were reported.
GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday the 15th of September were accepted as correct at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. An application to use the South West Community Centre on the third or fourth Monday from February to November next year is pending.
3. The next meeting will be on Monday the 13th of October 2014. A DVD will be shown.
4. The remaining meeting dates for this year are 27th October, 10th and 24th November.
5. The Christmas Luncheon will be held on Monday the 8th of December. The cost will be $35 per person including drinks. Names are being taken. Twenty-four members have booked so far.
6. John Dowe then invited Mick Holmes to draw the first raffle ticket.
7. A DVD on the Gawler to the Barossa Railway was shown.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.10 P.M.
