Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 15th September 2014 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and declared the meeting open at 2:00 P.M.

The death of a non-club member Jimmy Jones, Shunter Gladstone, was reported.
GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday the 1st of September were accepted as correct at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. An application to use the South West Community Centre on the third or fourth Monday from February to November next year has been submitted to the Centre for consideration. Members could meet for a chat and arrangements could be made (with the Community Centre) to have a cup of tea or coffee
3. The next meeting will be on Monday the 29th of September 2014. A DVD will be shown.
4. The Christmas Luncheon will be held on Monday the 8th of December. The cost will be $35 per person including drinks. Names are being taken. Twenty-four members have booked so far.
5. John Dowe then invited Errol Herrmann to draw the first raffle ticket.
6. A DVD on early British Railways was shown.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.10 P.M.
There were 21 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $34.00
