Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 12th of May 2014 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
Acting President Barrie Stroud welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.
APOLOGIES: - Lynn Venning, (Away Overseas) and Ken McLaren and John Dowe.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday 28th of April 2014 were accepted as correct at the Executive Meeting.
Copies were available on the table.
2. The next meeting will be on Monday the 26th of May 2014.
3. Lynn Venning should be back at the next meeting.
4. We have a new member today. Errol Herrmann previously Guard at Dry Creek joined our Club today.
5. Barrie Stroud then invited new member Errol Herrmann to draw the first raffle ticket.
6. John Evans has asked for an opportunity to talk to the members regarding a research project he is currently doing. The meeting of June 23 has been agreed to.
A DVD about the New Zealand Railways was shown to members.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.00 P.M.
There were 15 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $22.00
