Minutes of the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 17th of February 2014 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street, Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. Minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting held on the 11th of February 2013 were approved at the Executive Meeting held on the 25th of February 2013 and were available at the General Meeting held on the same day.
2. President L. Venning presented his Annual Report. Members were thanked for their continuing support of the club. In addition, Leo Vandenberg was thanked for his continued good work as Secretary and Treasurer. John Dowe, Barry Stroud & Max Kernich were also thanked for their support on the committee. Jack Strapps was thanked for his work as club auditor. John was also thanked for conducting the raffle at each meeting. Members are welcome to join the committee.
3. Secretary/Treasurer Leo Vandenberg read his report to the members. Go Here to read full report.
4. Our Auditor, Jack Strapps, has certified the financial statement as correct.
5. In the absence of any nominations from the floor the existing Committee Members agreed to remain in their current positions. Lynn Venning as President (& Minute Secretary), Leo Vandenberg as Secretary/Treasurer, John Dowe and Barry Stroud as a Committee Members.
6. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday the 3rd of March 2014. A DVD/video will be shown.
7. No Annual remuneration’s to members of the Executive will be paid this year.
8. The Annual Christmas Luncheon is scheduled for Monday the 8th of December. Cost to be advised. The cost is to be sought and a decision will be made later in the Year as to whether or not to return to the Pavilion on the Park.
9. John Morcom was asked to draw the first Raffle Ticket.

Members then watched a video of the Konkan Railway that connects Mumbai and Mangalore in western India.
The members were thanked for their attendance and the Meeting was closed at 2:30 P.M.
There were 22 members present. Proceeds of the Raffle after door prizes was $34.00
