Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 23rd of September 2013 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The minutes of the General Meeting held on the 9th of September were approved at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. The next General Meeting will be held in four weeks time on Monday the 21st of October. The following meeting will be held on Monday the 4th of November.
3. Names of members who intend to attend the Christmas Luncheon are being taken. Payments are also being accepted for the Christmas Luncheon to be held on Monday the 9th of December. Cost $30.00 per member.
4. Max Kernich was then invited to draw the first raffle was ticket.
5. This will be the last meeting that we will see Tania as Manager of the Centre. Leo thanked Tania for all the help she has given the club during her time as Manager.
No member deaths were reported.
The death of one non member Vic Agerman, Train Porter on the Overland aged 89 years was reported.
Members then watched a video of War Trains (Subvert and Destroy), thanks to Paddy O’Brien.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.05 P.M.
There were 19 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $30.00.
