Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 8th of March 2013 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
Acting President Barrie Stroud welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The minutes of the General Meeting held on the 25th of March were approved at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. The Secretary reported that the next Christmas Luncheon at the Pavilion in the Park on December 9 had been booked and a deposit paid. As the cost has again gone up and the Club balance is down we will have to charge $40 per Member this Year.
3. This was followed by a DVD about the Royal Canadian Express.
4. The next General Meeting will be held in two weeks’ time on Monday the 22nd of April 2013.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.00 P.M.
There were 15 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $22.00.
