Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 25th of March 2013 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
Secretary Leo Vandenberg welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The minutes of the General Meeting held on the 25th of February were approved at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. An article in the Messenger was read regarding the misfortunes of our Member Paddy O’Brien who had his Home broken into and his Father’s WW1 Medals stolen as well as jewellery from his wife Sue including her engagement ring.
3. The Secretary reported that the next Christmas Luncheon at the Pavilion in the Park on December 9 had been booked and a deposit paid.
As the cost has again gone up and the Club balance is down we will have to charge $40 per Member this Year.
4. This was followed by a DVD about the Royal Orient Express in India.
5. The next General Meeting will be held in two weeks’ time on Monday the 8th of April 2013.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.00 P.M.
There were 18 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $28.00.
