Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 5th of November 2012 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. A list of the dates for next year’s meetings was also available from the table.
3. The final meeting for 2012 will be held on Monday the 19th of November.
4. The Christmas Luncheon will be held on Monday the 10th of December at the Pavilion on the Park.
The cost to members will be $25.00 per person including drinks.
5. Names and payments are still being accepted for the Xmas Luncheon. Currently 37 members have booked.
6. Any one wishing to donate a small prize or prizes to be raffled at the Christmas Luncheon are welcome to so.
7. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday the 11th of February 2013.
8. The raffle was then drawn followed by a DVD featuring Railways in South Australia.
Some might say it was fixed, but after holding a winning ticket, Brian Biggs then drew out three of his own raffle tickets.
Brian was finally successful in drawing a raffle ticket belonging to another member.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 2.50 P.M.
There were 16 members present.
Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $24.00.
