Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 8th of October 2012 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
Secretary Leo Vandenberg welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

The deaths of non-members Jack Hermit, aged 91, Barbara Stubbing, ex SAR
and Barry Sharpe, Engineman Port Pirie on 30th September aged 65 were reported.
GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. As the President was not available today because of health issues with his wife regretfully no DVD player was available.
2. John Morcom gave a prepared talk about the History of the Medical Profession in South Australia.
3. A vote of thanks was given by John Dowd.
4. The next meeting will be held on Monday the 22nd of October 2012.
5. The Christmas Luncheon will be held on Monday the 10th of December at the Pavilion on the Park.
The cost to members will be $25.00 per person including drinks.
6. Currently 27 members have booked.
7. Names and payments are still being accepted for the Xmas Luncheon.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3.00 P.M.
There were 15 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $18.00.
