Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 10th September 2012 in the South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

The death of non-member Robert (Bob) Woods, Sub Foreman Motor Fitter, Diesel Depot was reported.
GENERAL BUSINESS:-
1. The Minutes of the meeting held on Monday the 27th of August 2012 were confirmed at the Executive Meeting
and copies were available from the table.
2. The next meeting will be held on Monday the 24th of September 2012.
3. The following meeting will be held on Monday the 8th of October 2012.
4. The Christmas Luncheon will be held on Monday the 10th of December at the Pavilion on the Park.
The cost to members will be $25.00 per person including drinks. Currently 26 members have booked.
5. Names and payments are still being accepted for the Xmas Luncheon.
6. Frank Driver was then asked to draw the first raffle ticket.
7. Part of a DVD about Railways in the South of Australia was shown to members.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 2:45 P.M.
There were 18 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $26.00.
