Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 28th of May 2012 in the South West
Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. The Minutes of the meeting held on Monday the 14th of May were confirmed at the Executive
Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. The next meeting will be held on Monday the 18th of June when we will celebrate our Patron,
Mr. Ron Fitch's 102nd birthday with a shared afternoon tea. Everyone is asked to bring a plate
of afternoon tea to share. Soft drinks and fruit juice permitted, but no alcohol.
3. The Christmas Luncheon will be held on Monday the 10th of December at the Pavilion on the Park.
The cost to members will be $25.00 per person including drinks. A deposit has been paid.
4. Barbara Nicks was then invited to draw the first raffle ticket.
5. Members then watched a DVD about the American Orient Express. Thanks to Barry Stroud.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3:00 P.M.
There were 20 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $30.00.
