Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 16th of April 2012 in the South West
Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. The Minutes of the meetings held on Monday the 19th of March and Monday the 2nd of April
were confirmed at the Executive Meeting and copies were available from the table.
2. Max Lambert was asked to draw the first raffle ticket.
3. The next meeting will be held on Monday the 30th of April 2012. A DVD on Railways will be
shown on the big screen.
4. Members then watched a DVD about being a locomotive driver in Peru.
5. It is proposed that the club celebrate our Patron, Mr. Ron Fitch's 102nd birthday with a shared
afternoon tea on Monday the 18th of June. Mr Fitch will be 102 on the 8th of June 2012.
Everyone to bring a plate to share.
Members were thanked for their attendance.
The Meeting was closed at 3:00 P.M.
There were 20 members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $32.00.
