Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 30th May 2011 in the South West
Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.
Our Patron Mr. Ron Fitch was welcomed to the meeting.

Members then sang Happy Birthday to Mr Ron Fitch who was present at the meeting.
GENERAL BUSINESS: -
Two non-member deaths were reported.
Lindsay William (Bill) Wilsdon formerly Transfer Foreman Port Pirie and Dry Creek
on the 18th of May 2011 aged 84 years.
Colin Clive Woolmington formerly of Peterborough on the 21st of May 2011.
Mr Fitch was asked to draw the first Raffle Ticket.
The next meeting will be on Monday the 20th of June.
A DVD on wild flowers in W.A. provided by Jack Strapps will be shown.
The following Meeting will be on Monday the 4th of July.
The Christmas Luncheon has been booked at the Pavilion on the Park for Monday the 12th
of December 2011. Bookings will be accepted from the 4th of July.
The cost to members who attend the Christmas Luncheon will be $25.00 per person.
Members then enjoyed watching two short, interesting DVD's on Railways in Germany
thanks to our member Pat Marzahn.
The Meeting was closed at 3:00 P.M.
There were 25 Members present. Raffle proceeds after door prizes were $42.00
