Minutes of the GENERAL MEETING held on Monday, the 2nd May 2011 in the
South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street in Adelaide.
President Lynn Venning welcomed members and opened the meeting at 2:00 P.M.
He then introduced Marjon Martin, the Manager of the South West Community Centre,
who gave an extremely interesting power point presentation entitled a "Virtual Tour
of the South West Corner" of Adelaide.
At the conclusion of her presentation, Lynn Venning thanked Marjon for sharing this extremely
interesting story about many of the features, buildings and life in the South West Corner.
The members then responded with acclamation. Marjon was then asked to draw the first raffle ticket.

GENERAL BUSINESS: -
1. On Monday the 16th of May we will be showing a railway DVD provided by Ken McLaren.
2. On Monday the 30th of May there will be a DVD on Railways in Germany provided by Pat Marzahn.
3. The Christmas Luncheon will be booked at the Pavilion on the Park, tomorrow Tuesday,
for Monday the 12th of December 2011 and the necessary deposit will be paid.
